As many of you, my readers already know, I am always looking for low sodium items to cook with. I get bloated easily, and whether it is just me or the medications I take, I always am fighting there is too much salt in foods. My ankles, fingers, and legs swell with it seems like just a bit of sodium intake, even sodium based pain killers bloat me. Well I have found a new EXCITING like of SEASONINGS to use in my cooking that is for foregoing fat and lowering sodium without losing any flavor at all, in fact I have gained new flavors to crave and use in my day to day life!

Spike Seasoning carries a full line of seasonings for every aspect of cooking, I personally have already made the All purpost Salt Free magic my favorite. The flavor combination is AMAZING and I don’t have to worry that I will go to take my first bite and want to spit it out, for it being too salty to eat! Spike All Purpose Salt free magic is made up of ore than 39 yummy blended flavorful herbs, spices and vegetables – and NO SALT!

I have tried nearly every one of Spike’s Gourmet Natural Seasoning and I have not found 1 that I am dissatisfied with. They have added a great new taste and variety to our cooking whether it is the Vege-Sal OR Vegit  on the green beans/mac salad or the Hot’n Spicy Magic to my homemade chicken wings. (the best by the way 😉 )

We have been using these in every way incorporating into our oriental cooking, basic soups and even eggs. I have found them all PACKED with FLAVOR and AMAZINGLY full of robust flavors!
