What a fun way to warm up in the winter time!
Strawberry Hot Chocolate!
The Kids will Love it!!
For this recipe you will need:
1 cup of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups of milk or half n half
1/2 cup of white chocolate
In a small bowl place sugar over strawberries and set aside for 10 minutes. Place strawberries in food processor and puree. Over a medium low heat place milk and chocolates. Do not let boil. Continue stirring until chocolate is melted. Add in Strawberries and continue cooking over a low heat about 2 more minutes. Serve and Enjoy.
Now that the weather is getting cold (in NY anyway) bring the kids in from there outside play and sit down to a nice cup of Strawberry Hot Chocolate! Sit down and write letters to Santa over a nice cup of Strawberry Hot Chocolate.
