My Review:

We use a lot of chicken  base around our home as my roommate cook’s a lot of Oriental meals ,plus of course we also make chicken dumpling soup and other chicken dishes. I personally cannot stand a salty meal, and I find that most broth products are extremely salty. Randy hate’s that I complain all the time that if he adds any salt at all to any of the dishes, I will NOT eat it. Finding that Cook’s  Delight now has a product with a low sodium chicken base made my day.

Randy made chicken soup the very first day I received it, I was elated that I could eat it and not have to have an overpowering salt flavor. I really don’t understand if it’s because of my age, or the medications I take but everything seems to salty to me. However cooks low sodium chicken  base is amazing and a salvation to me! I couldn’t believe it when I tasted it, all the flavor without the salt! I am not saying a little flavor either, this has a great intense chicken flavor that is wonderful to add to any meal. We have since the first day added it to our rice and oriental dishes that Randy prepares, and I am so happy that we have found this and Randy is happy also he loves the flavor!

I have suggested to my friend that owns a local restaurant that she needs to buy Cook’s Delight, because of the great flavor but also for the fact that they do have this low sodium chicken base that would be healthier for everyone. So many ingredients we use these days contain sodium we can omit 1 for the sake of our health!
