 My Review By: Emptynester Reviews
My review is for five of the flavors of Should Should Taste Good Brand chips, they include The Works, Cantina, Sweet Potato, Kettle Corn, and Multigrain. I am always on the look out for snacks to keep on hand in my home for of course my husband and I, but also for when the kids stop over and most of all for my Grandson. I was completely impressed with the size of packages, the full size chips, (the bags where not full of crumbs like many you find these days), and also the varieties that are carried by Food Should Taste Good.
The first bag we opened were the Sweet Potato Chips, I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the chips the fullness of the bag, but most of all by the taste. I made the mistake of opening these chips when my daughter and Grandson had stopped over, I believe I ate 3 chips before they decided it was time to leave, and they begged to take the bag with them, they were DELICIOUS! Honestly I was leery to try them, but they were light and crispy with an amazing flavor, that you have a very hard time stopping with just one chip! They are my daughters proclaimed favorite chip!
The next bag we tried out where the Multigrain, which I have always been a fan of the multigrain products, so I was more the ready to dive into these! As I suspected, they were amazing! Crispy, full of flavors and nice large chips! The bag didn’t last 2 days once my husband got ahold of them, we couldn’t stop eating them. Unlike any others I had tasted, I loved the flavor mixture and knowing they were made with our health in mind, made it not so guilty of a pleasure. ( Yes, I know eating more wasn’t the answer, but they were so good!)
Third bag of choice was the product THE WORKS, they were made with sesame seeds, flax seeds, you name it all the great grains were in there, and the flavor was outstanding! My daughter and Grandson were over for the opening of this bag also, and they dove in with me. I couldn’t believe my Grandson didn’t wrinkle his nose at all to the flavors, he just looked at me and asked for more. I am sorry but age 5 kids do get picky and that kid loved them, as did his mother and I. The flavors were bold and plentiful and very satisfying.
The fourth bag of Food Should Taste Good chips I opened, I do so alone, as I knew from already trying the others I would love them and wouldn’t want to share, it was the Kettle Corn! One bite and I was hooked, I am a kettle corn fanatic, if their is a fair or celebration somewhere and I even get a slight whiff of Kettle corn, I have to have it. The Food Should Taste Good Kettle Corn chips did not let me down, the sweet and salty flavor was just like eating the popcorn type without having to watch for un-popped kernels! YUMMO YUMMO YUMMO! I am so in love with these chips, I can’t get enough! You have to try them, if you love kettle corn!
The final test we had was on the Cantina chips, which is a corn tortilla chip, actually with a bit more flavor I believe then the regular ones we buy. The chips were HUGE, and packed with corn flavor and great with dips, and my husband loved them with his nacho supreme meals as they didn’t get soggy and were easy for him to pick up and eat all the goodies he piles on top.
Overall for my review, I have concluded that the brand, Food Should Taste Good Chips are exceptionally well made with all the health conscience thoughts anyone could possibly put into a chip and make it come out so flavorful, you want more and more! I honestly didn’t believe that chips could have that much flavor packed into them and loved that my Family all agreed!
